Youth Group begins again IN-PERSON on Monday October 25, from 7:00pm –8:30pm.

Saint Anthony’s High School Youth Ministry is committed to the reality that young people are an important and integral part of the parish community. The newly confirmed are encouraged to participate in the community as Eucharistic Ministers, lectors, choir members and catechists in the Religious Education Program. These opportunities to remain involved in the liturgical and educational life of the parish can further their spiritual development and foster a deeper understanding of their faith, as they begin their journey into an independent young adult life.

This serving of their parish and being part of a vibrant community of faith may inspire them to look beyond the parish to the greater local and global communities to which they belong and spark a desire to make a difference in the world. Through prayer, liturgy and engagement with their spiritual community, young people can learn that grace is abundantly available – and with the inspiration the Holy Spirit provides – be better able to make choices that are mindful and soulful. Involvement in service projects, activities and youth group gatherings can generate a deeper understanding of who they are as persons and what they are called to be as Catholic Christians.

It is our hope that by providing a comprehensive ministry to youth, the parish can help young people find their place in the world as stewards of creation and builders of the Kingdom of God for all humanity.
